Hey Team Take Charge!

Congratulations to all of you who made our first “Take Charge of Your Success” 2 day conference a GREAT event! Our Seniors really did step up to the plate to make this event unforgettable.

The event kicked off with a spectacular Networking Awards Dinner. The room was decorated beautifully packed with the “Who’s Who” of entrepreneurs in the DC metro area! The food was superb, (how about that chocolate cake), and the DJ was pumping the tunes!

However the highlight of the evening was hearing from 95 year old (or should I say 95 year young) business owner Mr Myers, www.silverspringdowntown.com/go/jim-dandy-cleaners-and-formal-wear who has owned and operated a dry cleaners in Silver Spring, MD for 35 years! Mr Myers was such an inspiration!

Let’s not forget about our “Outstanding Business Leader” Award Winner Mr. Basim Mansour of Michael & Sons Services www.michaelandson.com. What a moving story he shared with us on how his father died at the age of 47 from a fatal heart attack, leaving him the business at the age of 19! Through many struggles and perseverance, Mr Mansour has built a multi million dollar company that did over 28 million dollars in revenue in 2009! Then there was our 13 year old “Rising Star” Puria Jackson http://lifeisshorttakepictures.blogspot.com/2007/10/puria-jackson.html who moved us as she belted out Whitney Houston’s “I Look To You”. We’ll definitely be seeing Puria Jackson’s name up in lights very soon!

In addition we recognized the Consultants that promoted themselves to the next level. Kudos go to new Seniors, Tia Bondieumaitre, Eric Newman and JoAnne Day! Also congrats goes to the many new Managing Consultants that debuted that night! Once again, SC Arlene Farrier was MVP of the event, however SC Liana Whorley gave Arlene a run for the title, so watch out Arlene!! Also SC Eric Newman was named Rookie of the Event and TOP LocalAdlink Sales Person of the event! Again, SC Tia Bondieumaitre was battling it out with Eric up to the last minute!

We applauded all who have opened up states like SC Carla Bluitt in NC, SC Reggie Artis in GA, SC Liana Whorley in TN and SC Tia Bondieumaitre in SC.

After an awesome Awards Dinner, we kicked off Saturday morning with a day of great training. Che Brown of Partners in Learning and all of the speakers were exceptional! I don’t think I’ve ever received so many texts, emails and phone calls on how the training was the best people have ever heard! If the day wasn’t full enough, after the event everyone came over to my home for a cookout! Consultants stayed until the early morning bonding, sharing, and just having a good time!

The “Take Charge of Your Success” 2 day conference was all that we had hoped for and more. So much that I’m ready to do another one! The next one won’t be until October, however we do have a “Take Charge of Your Success Networking Brunch on Saturday July 10, 2010. The event flyer will post today at www.teamtakecharge.com, so start making plans to attend. Nominations for “Outstanding Business Leader” are now being accepted. I have been holding accolades in my head and heart about our incredible event and now I need to give a shout out to Team Take Charge! WE are part of something HUGE! These events are sooo powerful. Being able to see our leaders who are COMMITTED TO WINNING was incredible. Stay in the trenches as we will ALL be ECs! I am amazed and so proud to be part of a team where people travel to come share in our event and show their commitment to TEAM TAKE CHARGE. Don’t get funny and try to call your team something else or you will be left out! (smile) This is a movement people! A crusade for FREEDOM, SECURITY AND WEALTH. LocalAdlink POWERED By Zurvita!

I’m so excited about Zurvita’s new flagship product…LocalAdLink powered by Zurvita!

My first two weeks marketing this product I made 5 ad sales! Immediately that added $190 to my monthly residual income! To be compensated with upfront commissions from $70 to $130 per ad sale, and $35 to $65 on every ad that renews each month, is just INCREDIBLE!!!

It’s amazing to me that I have the power to help business owners lower and/or redirect their advertising expenses to a vehicle that will give them premium placement on major search engines, social sites, and high traffic web sites!

Furthermore, I’ve never experienced marketing a product that business owners are so receptive to! I guess when you think about how much business owners are spending on pay per click, having a low fixed rate, without being locked into a binding contract, just makes good business sense.

My team is also having massive success with this product. In a short period of time, we’ve already sold almost 30 ads! Imagine 6 months from now how many ads we’ll have on the books.

I will definitely keep everyone posted on how me and my team are doing with our LocalAdlink sales…YES POWERED by Zurvita, which EMPOWERS ME!!

St Lucia was a blast!!

While everyone was still digging out from 22 inches of record-breaking snow in Baltimore, I was on my way to see the Beauty, savor the Taste, and feel the Rhythm of St. Lucia!

I’ve said it before…but I must say it again, THERE’S NOTHING LIKE A FREE VACATION!

Team you must experience it!

Let me describe the experience to you. The water is soooooooo blue. I’m talking about an immense stretch of white sand and turquoise water. From pristine beaches to neatly landscaped swimming pools, it’s a complete paradise. If you’re in the mood for radical fun and adventure on the water, you can go windsurfing, scuba diving, swimming, sailing, and deep-sea fishing.

If you’re not into water sports, you can play tennis, golf, go jogging, hiking, shopping and horseback riding. However my favorite is always spending the day at the spa.

The Spa in St Lucia is a beautiful oasis. Nestled in lush surroundings, it gives you the feeling of being in another world altogether. I enjoyed a 1 hour outdoor massage (compliments of Zurvita) that soothed my body, mind and spirit. The warm breezes cradled me into ABSOLUTE RELAXATION!!! With the peaceful surroundings, and quiet escapes, I was reminded of just how sweet heaven must be. Are you there yet?

Now let’s talk about another favorite pastime of mine…. food. The food is to die for! With waterside dinning, the food has a French-Caribbean style with a creative flair. Be prepared for your taste buds to be tempted and delighted with every dish. Imagine… all you can eat gourmet cuisine, along with tropical drinks being served at every turn. EVERYTHING TOTALLY, 100%, FREE, FREE, FREE!

Let’s not forget about the spacious suites with exquisite Caribbean decor, set in lush tropical gardens or on the beach. These suites include private pools, hammocks, Jacuzzis and dramatic ocean and sunset views. Now that’s GOOD LIVING!!! Did I tell you it was all paid for by Zurvita?!

So I hope I’ve given you a little glimpse of what vacationing for Free is like, and you’ve made the decision to join me on my next FREE vacation. If so, let’s do dinner on the beach.

Giving Thanks

As I reflect over the year 2009 so many blessings have been bestowed upon me and my family that I must give thanks during this Thanksgiving season!!

Most of you who are reading this post already know how I stumbled across this incredible company named Zurvita. It was through an email from somebody I didn’t even know!! This company has forever changed my life and the lives of others!!! Not to say I wasn’t living a good life before Zurvita, but to watch your team grow from zero to over 800 consultants in a little over a year is pretty amazing!!!

My Top 10 List of “Things I’m Most Thankful for this Year”:

10. Having an open mind to new ideas, and opportunities. Some people have lost out on the best things in life because they are so closed minded.

9. New friends, family members and business contacts that have come into my life this year. This includes new team members in NY and Chicago and as far as Alaska and Hawaii!!! In a couple of months Zurvita will be opening up in Canada and Australia!! Australia here I come!!!

8. Travel. This year I have had the pleasure of taking such wonderful trips!! Trips to Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Nashville, TX, Las Vegas, Wisconsin, and in a couple of months St Lucia!!! Thanks Zurvita!!

7. August!!! This was such an awesome month!!! During the month of August I earned over $15,300 in one week from my Zurvita business, and as much as $40,000 that same month!!! It was also in August that I earned my 2nd $10,000 bonus (within 90 days from the first one), and we added 77 new team members in one week!! We also promoted 8 consultants to Senior and recruited over 200 people during that same month!!! WOW, What A Month!!!

6. Kicking off the first NE Regional Super Saturday, and making Zurvita History with Team Take Charge launching energy in NJ!! This was a great event!!! BIG things are happening in the NE in Zurvita. Who do you know that lives in MD, DC, VA, DE, NJ, NY, MA, CT, PA?

5. Welcoming more of my Mary Kay buddies into Zurvita and watching them tear this thing up!!!! There’s no better compliment then when your family and friends join you in business!! I look forward to building massive wealth with each and everyone of you!!

4. The lives that me and my team are touching and changing. It’s so rewarding when you help that new team member get their first check in Zurvita. Just watching people blossom and step into their greatness is indescribable!!

3. Always hopeful about tomorrow and being a visionary. I’ve learned that the best opportunities in life take patience and the ability to see what’s to come. If you want to experience great success you must be a visionary!!

2. Great mentors who have inspired me to be my best. This list can go on and on!! Here’s a quick list of people and things that continue to play a big role in my life that I’m so thankful for: My parents, my business mentors and leaders on my team, inspiring books, videos and movies, sports figures, people with courageous guts like Mark and Tracy Jarvis (the founders of Zurvita) who walked away from a 1.2 million dollar residual income to start Zurvita. I just love a heart of a champion, a champion never quits!!! No matter what it looks like, they just keep going!!! Working in Faith, trusting in not what you see, but what’s to come!!!

1. The Will To Win. I’m so grateful and Thankful to God for creating me, and giving me the greatest gift of all which is the WILL to WIN!!! I meet so many people who have given up on life and their will to WIN!!! Like you, God has given me so many special gifts and talents, but they mean nothing if you don’t have the will to win!! So until I take my last breathe I will always…………………

Hello Team Take Charge!!

We’ve experienced March Madness, an Awesome April and a Momentum Making May in Zurvita this past quarter.

Momentum is in full swing here in Maryland due to fantastic field leadership, amazing products, a rock star compensation plan and solid corporate management.

We continue to promote Managing Consultants at a record level and the best is yet to come! All of that said, no matter how good momentum is (and it’s amazing), it still requires HUSTLE to build a large organization and live your dreams.

While some people may be searching for answers on how to build momentum in their business… others are experiencing massive success right now. It comes down to your mindset, your activity, and what you’re doing to create the urgency. Take it from me, once you build momentum in your business, NOTHING is sweeter. Imagine how I felt this weekend when I was presented a $10,000 weekly bonus check by our founder Mark Jarvis in front of a packed house at our Super Saturday!

What an Amazing February!!!!

I don’t think I’ve ever started a new year on such a high note!!! All because 6 months ago I took a chance and started my own home based business with Zurvita. Since then the economy has tanked, I had no idea that my marketing company would tank, but my Zurvita business is booming!!! Who would have known???

I’m just returning from an exotic vacation from Jamaica.

Imagine having all of your expenses paid by Zurvita, in addition receive cash for a spa day and an island excursion!!!

It just doesn’t get any better than that or does it?? Yes it does, especially if your suite is absolutely gorgeous. Our suite was tastefully decorated along with beautiful french doors to a huge balcony that overlooked the beach. The view was absolutely breathtaking!!! Need I say more?!! Let me just tell you vacationing for FREE, the water seems bluer, the food is tastier, the people are friendlier, absolutely nothing bothers you. Now that’s the way a vacation should be?!

Another fun thing that we did is shot a commercial for Zurvita right on the island. So all of you who want to live the glam life like the rich and famous this is the company for you!!!! Everyone at the resort wanted to know what was going on and what movie were we shooting!!! LOL, only in Zurvita!!!!

After that amazing expereince it didn’t end there. Only after a few days home, I flew out again to attend Zurvita’s Freedom Crusade in Houston, TX. Again, another Amazing weekend!!! Can anyone say mo money!! That’s right, while every other company is laying people off, everyone in Zurvita received a huge pay raise, and if that wasn’t enough, by next year we’ll all be picking up a diamond ring and a Mercedes Benz!!! Life is truly good!!!! Oh and by the way the next FREE vacation will be in St Lucia, I can’t wait!!
